Contractors

Brunswick Valley Landcare may use contractors to work on projects.  If you would like to be added to our list of contractors you will need to fill in the following forms and provide the following information:

• BVL Contractor Register Application Form   BVL Contractor register form 2015 in word   BVL Contractor register form 2015 in PDF
• Working with Threatened Species Checklist    NWPS Threatened Species checklist in Word   NWPS Threatened Species checklist in PDF
• Provide details of insurance including
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Workers compensation insurance
  • Personal accident insurance
• CV or details of relevant qualifications and experience
• Chemical Certificate
• First Aid certificate

It is the contractor’s responsibility to keep these items updated.
