Life in Hollows

North Coast Regional Landcare Network, in collaboration with Border Ranges Richmond Valley Landcare Network are finalising an extension project supported by funding from WIRES. The project seeks to promote the use of nest box projects for native wildlife and share the best-practice knowledge that has been built up during recent nest box programs across the North Coast. The project aims to create greater awareness in the community of hollow-dependent wildlife, the use of nestboxes in conservation, and how artificial hollows can best be used to get the greatest benefit for native wildlife.
