Martin Brook : Brookfarm.
Hear about the journey from when Martin and Pam moved to the area and bought the their farm in 1988, the plans and ideas they had at the beginning and how they have changed over time. The family now run 2 successful businesses Brookfarm and Brookies distillery, as well as having regenerated the run down ex dairy to a thriving productive macadamia farm, with natural pest control and a thriving rainforest along their creek.
